Shipping Policy

Time Fanatics Provides world wide shipping via UPS or Fed-Ex Insured delivery. A signature will be required to accept all packages. Once an order has been shipped you will receive an email with the full tracking number so you can track the package as it leaves our premises.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your 100% satisfaction with our timepiece is our primary concern. If you are anything less than completely thrilled with your purchase from us, it may be returned within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep in mind that in order to return a timepiece this piece must be in the same condition sold with all boxes, papers, books and accessories, with all stickers in-tacked, unsized and unworn for brand new watches. Please contact us at any time if you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy.


Prior to returning a purchased item, please call our office to notify us so that we may provide directions how to return the item to us securely. Shipping to return a product purchased from us, and insurance coverage for the full purchase price, are at a cost to you. Refund of the purchase price will occur once the returned item has been received in the same condition in which it was sold. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost during shipping.
